Holy Week - Holy Tuesday - Jesus makes a prediction

Welcome to Holy Tuesday. This week, we switched the day of our weekly Bible study (usually Mondays). We start in John 12:20 where Jesus is sought after by people whom just a few days prior were praising His arrival into Jerusalem. Jesus begins talking about how His hour has come with imagery about what will happen after he leaves the Earth. The people are confused at Jesus' words, because they cannot imagine the Savior leaving this world but also because it contradicts what they know - the Law of Moses - that the Messiah will stay forever. If you put yourself in the shoes of the people, would you question if Jesus was the real Messiah? Or would you hang on every word He spoke?

Today, our call to action is to think about if you are open to hearing other (new) perspectives or are you set in your own (old) ways?
