In this chapter, Jesus speaks about the importance of staying connected to him, just as branches need to stay connected to a vine to bear fruit. He explains that we are like the branches, and God is the vine, and that without Him, we cannot bear any fruit.

So, how do we stay connected to God? The answer is simple: through prayer, reading the Bible, attending church, and being in fellowship with other believers. These practices help us to grow our relationship with God and keep us close to Him.

However, just as a gardener prunes his plants to remove any bad fruit or dead branches, we also need to prune our lives of anything that does not align with God's will. This could mean letting go of negative relationships, habits, or behaviors that hinder our spiritual growth.

But the most important thing to remember is that the vine remains with us at all times. No matter what we go through in life, God is always with us, and we can find comfort in knowing that we are never alone.

So, let us take these important lessons from John chapter 15 and apply them to our lives. Let us stay connected to God, prune our lives of anything that does not align with His will, and remember that the vine remains with us at all times. Thanks for listening !
