On Light Your Lamp this week, Ben and Lauren dive into the fourteenth chapter of the Gospel of John in the New Testament of the Christian Bible. Jesus continues his discussion with His disciples, preparing them for His death and the promised gift of the Holy Spirit. Ben and Lauren will spend some time listening and learning from the Holy Spirit. Also, the hosts talk about the concepts Jesus teaches his disciples not just for Easter but rather a conversation that should be had every day of the year.

The call to action this week is to think about the day Jesus was nailed to the cross. Why it happened. For whom did it happen. Or do you fast-forward and focus on the resurrection? We live in a culture that teaches us the past is in the past and to focus on the future. History teaches us to learn from the past so we can understand how we are where we are right now.
